Its viscosity at 25 degree C is maximum 150 poise. AmiLife Enzymatically Hydrolyzed Soya Lecithin (E322) and Lyso Lecithin can be stored for two years if it is unopened. It needs to be stored at 20 degree C to 40 degree C temperature range. Customers can avail this product at reasonable price from us.
